Carol Banning - Day Care Provider

I have two grown children and five grandchildren. I have been a licensed family child care provider since 1984. I have a helper who has been with me for 25 years. She loves the children as much as I do. She attends all the training that I do. We take Child and Infant CPR and First Aid every two years. I do not smoke nor is smoking allowed in the daycare home. I believe in letting children just be children, teaching them to share and compromise and just be happy, safe, and well cared for. At Rainbow Palace Daycare, we are a family.
